John Cooper

Sales Director

 

John Cooper came on board in 2007 as Director of Distributor Sales for Thacker Casket Manufacturing. He came to Thacker with 15 years of proven industry expertise including a rich and varied background in metal casket manufacturing, marketing, and distribution at Astral Industries.

In November 2007, the Casket and Funeral Supply Association (CFSA) honored John by electing him to their Board of Directors where he served for three years. 

John continued his role as Director of Distributor Sales through 2017 at which time John took on the role of Sales Director of the Southeast Region, while also continuing to work with Thacker’s key distributors. 

John earned an Associate degree in Business Administration from Vincennes University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University. He and his fiancé Kim live in Loxley, AL where they spend their free time biking, listening to music, going to the beach, traveling, and visiting with family and friends.
