Customer Service Manager

 

Kathy joined Thacker Caskets in March of 2020 as the sales and marketing support specialist. In 2023, she was promoted to customer service manager.

Upon graduating from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2014 with a degree in history, she relocated to Adams County, PA where she began her career in marketing for an art gallery. Kathy provides valued support in leading all marketing activities, including designing printed marketing materials, leading collaborative efforts with industry publications, social media delivery, and more! She is also directly involved in providing critical support to Thacker’s growing outside sales team. Kathy also leads the customer service team by keeping an upbeat and positive work environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

In her free time, Kathy enjoys spending time outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves gardening, yoga, meditation, and animal rescue.
