Toby joined Thacker Caskets in August 2022 and serves the Western Michigan territory. He brings over 25 years of sales, marketing, and merchandising experience, leading customers to growth and profitability by cultivating strong relationships in getting to know business functions and needs. 

Toby is an enthusiastic people person, an excellent communicator, and understands the importance of building solid relationships. Toby and his wife reside in Grand Rapids, MI, and they also frequent their cottage located in Pentwater, MI. They have two grown children.

As an avid foodie and chef, he enjoys cooking, spending time with family, golfing, and volunteering in his community.
